Paul Bitdorf, Managing Director
Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in property development and is responsible for the overall management of the group, project identification and joint venture capital raising. Paul has a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and numerous real estate qualifications. His extensive expertise allows him to recognise market trends, demands and conditions to effectively predict project outcomes. Paul enjoys a solid reputation in the Western Australian property industry.

Danne Forte, Group Supervisory Board Director, Managing Director Nicheliving Construction, Reg Builder, GAICD, AFIN
Danne has extensive qualifications in project and construction management and over 40 years’
industry experience across four continents. He has a Degree in Engineering, an MSc, an MBA, as well as a PhD in Management. Danne is responsible for project feasibility and assessment; and the realisation of all developments and projects including NicheQ.

Ronnie Elhaj, Director of Marketing & Sales
Ronnie is responsible for project marketing, site identification, overall company marketing and development of new project concepts such as The Niche. He specialises in off-the-plan sales and has marketed more than $200 million in actual project sales. Ronnie was recognised as one Western Australia’s top young business entrepreneurs at the 2008 WA Business News 40under40 Awards. He is also featured in BRW as one of Australia’s most successful young property development entrepreneurs. Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and is a co-founder of APA.
