The system has an eco-friendly, 7-star energy rating, offering low ongoing maintenance costs and many other construction advantages. All services connections to water and power are factory installed and to the highest standard.

NicheQ can be constructed without the need for cranes or heavy equipment, the ceiling is light and withstands up to 200kg/sqm creating a large in-roof storage and fully ventilated space to install A/C’s. All materials can be sourced locally and easily; and a full house is transported onto a normal truck or trailer.

The system is designed to withstand cyclonic conditions and can be used to build any configurations of residential houses or light commercial up to 2 stories.
